Jon is a consulting actuary and Partner in Aon Hewitt’s Retirement practice based in Lincolnshire, Illinois. He has twenty years of experience in the industry. He assists employers with the design, funding, expensing, and administration of their retirement plans. This includes performing actuarial valuations of pension and retiree medical plans, assisting with ongoing pension plan administration, and developing plan design alternatives. Jon is one of the firm’s experts in benefit plan benchmarking. Over the last thirteen years, Jon has spent considerable time helping clients assess the competitiveness of their benefit programs through Benefit Index®, Aon Hewitt’s qualitative benefit plan benchmarking tool. He specializes in working with pharmaceutical and healthcare clients in the U.S. and coordinates the application of the Benefit Index methodology internationally. He is an Enrolled Actuary and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. Jon earned a Masters of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Illinois.
