Jason Flynn, EA, FCA, MAAA, FSA, a Principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital Total Rewards practice, has extensive experience providing actuarial and employee benefit consulting, with a concentration on retirement benefit programs. For the past six years, he has focused on strategic management of international benefit programs for multinational employers, including merger and acquisition support, assessment of benefits finance accounting processes, and design and implementation of governance and management frameworks. Mr. Flynn is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA.
