Nadine has more than 30 years of experience helping plan sponsors meet their objectives through the design of retirement and benefit programs. This includes assisting clients in the financing, design, administration, compliance and communication of their retirement programs, qualified and nonqualified benefit program benchmarking and design, assessment and design of retiree health care and postemployment benefits, implementation of retirement programs for merged or acquired companies, and development and execution of overall benefit and total compensation strategies. Nadine has served as lead consultant and relationship manager for clients in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Towers Watson, Nadine was a Principal with KPMG. Nadine is a long time volunteer with the Conference of Consulting Actuaries. She has been a member of the Joint Program Committee for the Enrolled Actuaries Meeting since 2000.
