Nadine has more than 30 years of experience helping plan sponsors meet their objectives through the design of retirement and benefit programs. This includes assisting clients in the financing, design, administration, compliance and communication of their retirement programs, qualified and nonqualified benefit program benchmarking and design, assessment and design of retiree health care and postemployment benefits, implementation of retirement programs for merged or acquired companies, and development and execution of overall benefit and total compensation strategies. Nadine has served as lead consultant and relationship manager for clients in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Towers Watson, Nadine was a Principal with KPMG. Nadine is a long time volunteer with the Conference of Consulting Actuaries. She has been a member of the Joint Program Committee for the Enrolled Actuaries Meeting since 2000. She also served on the Board of Directors of the CCA from 2003-2008 and from 2010-2015. While on the Board, she was involved on the Executive Committee, Strategic Planning and Budget and Finance Committees for many of those years. She has also been involved with several CCA initiatives in prior years, including the Wynn Kent Public Communication Award Committee, Bylaws Review Task Force, Young Leaders Council, Committee for Continuing Education Recognition and Liaison to the North American Actuarial Council’s Task Force on a Trilateral Cross-Border Discipline Agreement. Nadine is also a long time volunteer with the American Academy of Actuaries, serving for many years on the Pension Committee and currently the CCA’s liason to the Pension Committee, working on many practice notes, letters to the government and other positions of the Committee.
