Leonie’s professional career started in WTW’s TAS department where she administered UK pension plans as part of a technical pensions team. Following this, Leonie joined WTW’s Integrated and Global Solutions (IGS) team based in London and has since focused on International Pension/Savings Plans (IPPs/ISPs) and local DC pensions and benefits within the Developing and Emerging markets for the past 8 years. Leonie has worked with many multinational companies, supporting them with the set up of IPPS/ISPs and local DC retirement plans from plan design and local Provider market through to implementation support as well as attending and managing a number of DC Governance committees for these plans. Leonie is the author of WTWs Middle East End of Service Benefit Survey.
