Tom Stoltzfus leads the Global HR Information Management organization for Pfizer, the world’s leading biopharmaceutical company working to support and expand access to reliable, affordable health care around the world. In his current role, Tom leads a global team responsible for holistic HR master data management, security and data privacy compliance, automated workforce reporting and analytics solution strategies, and delivery of custom reporting and analytics solutions, workforce planning, and predictive modeling for various audiences needing workforce information to drive global business initiatives. Tom has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Information Technology, with specialization in Master Data Management, Reporting & Analytics, Information Systems, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Tom is actively pursuing a Doctorate in Management Science from Pace University and holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Rutgers University and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington, as well as the SPHR and GHPR designations from SHRM.
