Larry is a Senior Actuary at Nyhart (part of FuturePlan by Ascensus). He works with clients to administer and design defined benefit, defined contribution and other postemployment benefit plans. Larry is a proactive consultant who effectively explains technical actuarial concepts to nontechnical people. Larry formulates plan design alternatives helping clients understand the value of current versus alternate retirement plan programs. He is also experienced in implementing risk transfer strategies for clients’ retirement programs including plan terminations, terminated vested cash outs, and retiree annuity purchases. With thirty years of experience, Larry is a key relationship manager for several of Nyhart’s clients. Larry is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), a Fellow in the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (FCA), a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), and an Enrolled Actuary (EA). He received his BA from Borromeo College of Ohio and his BS from Cleveland State University.
