Bobby Owen is an actuary at Quantum Health and leads their actuarial team. Bobby and his team are responsible for developing pricing, forecasting claims projections, managing risk from performance guarantees, as well as, quantifying and communicating Quantum Health’s claims impact to both prospects and current clients. Prior to Quantum Health, he worked at Anthem and Nationwide Insurance. Bobby is a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, as well as the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
