Adam is a consulting actuary with the Chicago Milwaukee Health practice of Milliman. He joined the firm in 2016 and has over 10 years of experience as a healthcare actuary. He has worked with a variety of organizations across the industry, primarily in the Medicare Advantage and pharmacy spaces.

In the Medicare Advantage market, Adam has assisted plan sponsors with Part D bid preparation and strategic analyses. He has particular experience analyzing the impact of proposed regulatory changes and contributes to Milliman Part D research efforts around Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs).

In the pharmacy space, Adam has worked with various entities across the pharmacy supply chain, including plan sponsors, manufacturers, and wholesalers. He has assisted these organizations with strategic questions related to market access, regulatory changes, and the Medicare Part D program.

Outside of these two markets, Adam also co-leads the development of the firm’s commercial medical coding tool, used by health plans in managing their risks under ACA risk adjustment.

Prior to Milliman, Adam worked for a national health insurance company, focusing primarily in modeling, forecasting, and rate development in the commercial ACA market. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.
