After 10 years as a retirement consultant with Coopers & Lybrand and Mercer, in 1996 Ken became an in-house actuary with an industrial manufacturing company, which through a series of progressively larger mergers and acquisitions, became what is now Raytheon Technologies. Ken has responsibility for overseeing all aspects of RTX's global retirement programs, comprising over $100 billion in liability.
