Kevin serves as an actuary in the Tax Exempt & Government Entities Division of the IRS, in the Employee Plans Rulings & Agreements office. His current duties include serving taxpayers via the consideration of letter rulings and other requests, the provision of actuarial assistance to guidance teams and serving on the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries. Kevin is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He holds a B.S. with Honors in Actuarial Science from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
