Holly Firestine leads the People and Organization (P&O) function at the executive level, with responsibility for developing and executing the P&O strategy in support of Ethos’ overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. She provides leadership advice and counsel to the company’s business leaders to enable them to successfully grow the business and sets in place effective P&O planning to deliver a high-performance culture and work environment. In close coordination with the other members of the Executive Leadership Team, and with the support of the P&O team and leadership, Holly ensures that the business attracts, develops, and retains a talented and engaged workforce that will achieve Ethos’ business objectives and drive results to the next level. She also leads the implementation of initiatives that support the overall talent life cycle including talent attraction, acquisition and management, on-boarding, leadership and talent development, diversity and inclusion, culture and engagement and P&O operations.
