Responsibilities

Naomi is a senior vice president with Aon’s Health Solutions practice located in New York, She functions as the lead actuary and consultant for large clients, responsible for delivering key financial projections and insights around client health care plans to empower clients to make data-driven decisions in the strategy and design of their program.

Naomi is Aon’s Analytics Lead for the National Healthcare Industry Practice, focused on understanding financial best practices around claim projections and data analysis in the sector, and developing solutions for health system client plan sponsors leveraging domestic and affiliate delivery systems to optimize plan performance.

Experience

Naomi has worked primarily with clients in the health care, finance, and retail industries on financial analysis and design and pricing of active and retiree healthcare programs. She has been with Aon for twelve years in addition to several months of experience abroad with an overseas insurer.

Expertise

Naomi’s expertise includes establishment and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators to measure success relative to strategic goals, defining value proposition and ROI associated with employee wellbeing programs, design and implementation of provider network strategies, and modeling of health consumerism utilization patterns.
