Mr. Shake has over 35 years of experience in both pension and retiree healthcare benefits, especially with collectively bargained single employer and Taft-Hartley plans. He has been involved with a number of national collective bargaining negotiations during the past decade. Mr. Shake is a past member of the American Academy of Actuaries' Pension Committee and Multiemployer Plan Subcommittee (now Committee), as well as the Academy's former Joint Committee on Retiree Health.
