Experience He has been in the consulting field for over 35 years and has extensive experience working with corporate HQ’s of multinationals as well as delivering on-site advice in 60 countries to clients on five continents – Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, North America and South America. Wil has been based in New York and Chicago in the Americas for 20 years, in Europe for 10 years and in Asia for 7 years providing advice to multinational and domestic entities and managing the operations of five consulting offices on these continents He has been a lecturer at Roosevelt University in Chicago, at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business in the Philippines and at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on actuarial mathematics, employee benefits and insurance topics. Education and Professional Designations B.Sc. in Mathematics with honors from Roosevelt University Chicago, IL M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics (Actuarial Science) from Roosevelt University Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), WorldatWork Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (USA) Associate of the Society of Actuaries (USA) Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (USA) Enrolled Actuary (US Joint Board – Dept. of Treasury/Labor) Other Wil is a frequent public speaker and has written many articles and essays on employee compensation and benefit topics in globally circulated publications. His research has been cited in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Forbes Magazine, Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance and other financial publications.
