Jeff is a Supervisory Actuary in the Tax Exempt/Government Entities (TE/GE) division of the Internal Revenue Service. Jeff manages a group of Field Actuaries located throughout the country. His group provides guidance to employee plan agents concerning actuarial issues in examination and determination cases. He has been with the IRS since 1990. Prior to joining the Service, he worked as a Financial Analyst with Sears Roebuck and Company and as a benefits consultant with Deloitte and Touche. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Champaign. He is an enrolled actuary.
