I have over 25 years of health and benefits actuarial consulting experience. My experience includes strategy and plan design analysis, setting premium equivalent rates, reserve analysis, analyzing benefit plan costs and contribution setting for large and mid-sized employers. I also have experience consulting with clients on retiree medical design, strategy and accounting valuations, including GASB and FASB. I have experience with clients in a variety of industries, including retail, consumer goods, telecom, manufacturing and hospital systems. I currently lead the central region Health Solutions actuarial & analytics team for Aon. I have served on the CCA Annual Meeting planning committee for over five years and have been a member of the CCA Board of Directors for the last three years.
