Jessica Kachur is a Partner and senior investment consultant in Mercer’s Wealth practice specializing in investments of Defined Benefit pension plans. Jessica is located in Mercer’s Pittsburgh office. Jessica is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and also an Enrolled Actuary. She has been a consultant for 19 years, all of which have been with Mercer. Jessica specializes in US corporate defined benefit plans helping clients manage risk, determine the optimal asset and liability strategies, monitoring and evaluating investment programs. Jessica has experience working on both open and frozen pension plans, pension plan mergers and spin-offs, asset and liability de-risking, and retirement plan terminations. Jessica is an active member in the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (CCA) volunteering and planning events for the Women in Consulting community and Enrolled Actuaries Conference providing continuing education to the pension community. Jessica graduated summa cum laude from Robert Morris University with a bachelor's degree in actuarial science.
