Patrick is a Senior Director in Optum’s Provider Actuarial Services practice with more than 15 years of experience working with payers, providers, employers and accountable care organizations as a health actuary.

Patrick’s experience includes employee benefit consulting, pricing (both commercial and Medicare), strategic planning, development of actuarial opinions, serving as an appointed actuary, as well as various financial modeling and forecasting.

He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics.

Patrick lives in Rochester, NY. Outside of work his time is primarily spent shuttling his kids around and he especially enjoys coaching his children’s youth sports teams.
