The presenters provide an overview of the Employee Plans Correction Resolution System (EPCRS), including a brief history of the program and a general discussion of their experiences. In addition, a case study is presented. Generic questions about the EPCRS are addressed; however, fact- and case-specific questions are generally deferred.
