A panel of PBGC representatives review topics such as: Policy – including a review of the latest single-employer solvency projections; Premium Rules Refresher – especially with respect to non-standard events (mergers, transfers and spin-offs); 4010 filings – declining interest rates are likely to subject more plans to this reporting; Reportable Events – advance reporting, post-event reporting and waived reporting situations.
