Amy is a Senior Vice President and Senior Consultant in Segal’s Administration and Technology Consulting (ATC) practice affiliated with the Denver office. As an efficiency expert, she assists organizations with their operational, organizational and technical needs by leveraging her expertise in technology, change management and process redesign. With over 30 years of experience, Amy has delivered strategic solutions to private, public and international clients. Her background includes actuarial, investment, operational and technology consulting in the administration and management of various benefit programs.

Amy is a seasoned leader, having managed teams in pension, health, technology, member/employer services, disability, actuarial and accounting. She has collaborated closely with participants, employers, staff, senior management, governing boards, industry organizations and legislative groups, providing support in administrative reviews, organizational and governance evaluations, feasibility studies, strategic planning, third-party administrator searches and technology acquisitions and reviews.
