Jennifer Flodin is a Partner and DC Segment Leader for Mercer’s Central region. Prior to its acquisition by Mercer in 2018, Jennifer co-led Pavilion Advisory Group Inc.’s defined contribution consulting practice. In her role at Pavilion Advisory Group Inc., Jennifer was responsible for developing Pavilion’s strategy and service offering to the firms largest defined contribution plan sponsors with the goal of helping improve participant outcomes and reduce fiduciary risk. Before joining Pavilion Advisory Group Inc., she was a co-founder of Plan Sponsor Advisors, a boutique retirement benefits consulting firm where she led the benefits consulting services team.

Jennifer frequently speaks at industry conferences including those hosted by Pensions & Investments, Institutional Investor and Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA).

She is frequently quoted in the business media, including Pensions & Investments, Crain’s Chicago Business, Institutional Investor, and Investment News.

Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
