Jennifer recently joined the Compensation and Benefits team at Alcoa Corp. She is responsible for developing and advising on the design, implementation, and risk management of global company-sponsored retirement, healthcare, and compensation programs. Jennifer has worked as an Enterprise Risk Management actuary and maintains ASA, EA, and CERA designations. She got her roots as a consulting actuary with the HR benefits firm Buck Consultants and has a passion for helping corporations navigate risks of employer-sponsored benefits promises and increasing awareness of the importance of individual retirement savings.
