Associate Partner, Aon
Bridget is an Associate Partner in Aon Hewitt Investment Consulting’s Defined Contribution consulting team. She is currently a retirement consultant focusing on Defined Contribution plans and fiduciary issues including strategic planning, plan design, vendor searches, fee and expense analysis, ongoing ERISA compliance and vendor management.
She has 30 years of experience in developing successful organizations and processes to provide effective win-win solutions for internal and external clients, including five years as Benefits Manager in a corporate role. Since joining Aon Consulting in 1994 as DC administrator working with controlled groups, she has also worked as the DC operations manager and DC Business Leader in its Employee Benefits Outsourcing unit.
Bridget has a B.A. in Economics with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Missouri - St. Louis, and is a registered representative holding Series 6 and 63 licenses from Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (formerly NASD).
She has served on national and regional practice councils, is a frequent speaker, and has been quoted in pension publications. Bridget has written several articles on 401(k) and fiduciary matters, and was a contributing author in Managing Your Firm's 401(k) Plan: A Complete Roadmap to Managing Today's Retirement Plans.
