Marina Edwards is the founder of Marina Retirement, LLC, a boutique ERISA retirement consulting business located in Madison, WI. Marina applies her 30+ years of defined contribution plan expertise to conduct fiduciary training, compliance reviews, vendor searches, fee benchmarking and other strategic projects (i.e., merger and acquisition due diligence and strategy) to plan sponsors and advisors. Prior to starting her own firm in 2022, Marina served as Invesco’s Institutional Senior DC Strategist, and 20 years at Willis Towers Watson as a Senior DC Consultant in the Benefits, Advisory & Compliance group where she primarily served clients having DC plans with +$1B AUM. Throughout her career, Marina has advised many large employers across a wide range of industries including health care, higher education, financial services, utility, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and manufacturing. She is a recognized guest speaker for numerous national DC conferences and has been quoted in such publications as The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Pensions & Investments, U.S. News & World Report and Workforce Management.
