Brian McGuire, FSA is an advocate for integrating innovative technology to improve healthcare quality, consumer experience and reduce cost. He has an M.S. in statistics and has published peer-reviewed machine learning software packages. Brian led the Financial & Actuarial Analytics department at Providence Health Plan and is currently building a health plan and technology platform at Angle Health.
