Mr. Beebe is a partner with the accounting firm of Bond Beebe, based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. His accounting and auditing practice includes over 30 years of experience, specializing in labor and employee benefit plans. He performs specialized work in the areas of forensic and operational auditing and often is called to testify as an expert witness in matters relating to those areas. Mr. Beebe has been a frequent instructor at the University of Maryland, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. He has published a number of articles based on his teaching, and he assists in the annual revisions to the AICPA’s Audits of Employee Benefit Plans and the AICPA’s Employee Benefit Audit Risk Alert. He is currently on the Financial Review Committee and serves as an Advisory Director to the International Foundation. He also served on the AICPA Employee Benefit Expert Panel. He received a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and an M.S. business degree from Central Michigan University.
