Parshva Shah is a Principal in Mercer’s Health & Benefits business in San Francisco.

As Mercer's Tech Industry Surveys Lead, Parshva serves as primary owner of multiple healthcare cost and total rewards surveys for the Technology industry used for clients and prospects globally.

His responsibilities also include:
• Serving as the Lead Actuarial Consultant for multiple clients and overseeing the financial work done by client teams

• Management of client relationships

• Development of long-term benefits strategy for clients of all sizes

• Carrier/vendor management and negotiations

• Plan design analyses, including recommending plan design changes and projected financial impact

• Marketing of benefit plans, including development of RFP, analysis of proposals and vendor evaluation

• Calculation of health plan reserve estimates

Parshva has been with Mercer for over 6 years and has over 17 years of actuarial consulting and employee benefits experience.

He has been inducted into the Prestigious Marquis Who’s Who Biographical Registry. Also, he is a Fortune Connect Fellow, Fortune’s Global Learning Community for Next Generation Executives with a focus on inclusive and purpose-driven leadership.
