Executive Director, American Federation of Musicians and Employer's Pension Fund
Melissa Conklin Kolle is the Executive Director of the American Federation of Musicians and Employer's Pension Fund ("AFM-EPF)" as of January 2025. Prior to that, she served as Associate Director at The Cultural Institutions Retirement System (“CIRS”), the plan sponsor of three multiemployer benefit plans, for 10 years.
She is an Enrolled Actuary, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries. Melissa is a graduate of Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics.
Prior to joining CIRS, she had 12 years of pension consulting experience at Buck Consultants and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She co-authored Buck publications and developed consulting tools for multiemployer plans. Melissa was a member of Buck’s Office of the Chief Actuary representing multiemployer pension plans.
Melissa has spoken on topics related to multiemployer retirement plans at conferences sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, National Labor & Management Conference and the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (CCA and EA meetings).
