Dr. Ami Gopalan, Senior Director of Strategic Services, provides managed care expertise in strategic planning, segment strategy and brand business planning for leading pharmaceutical clients. Prior to joining Precision for Medicine, Dr. Gopalan was Senior Director at Express Scripts, with over 10 years of direct client management supporting mid-sized and large employers, state governments, and union plans. In her most recent role at Express Scripts, she was responsible for pharmacy benefits management solutions sales support for the Commercial Division. Dr. Gopalan earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy and Masters of Business Administration from Drake University in Des Moines, IA. She completed a postgraduate managed care pharmacy residency at Medco in Franklin Lakes, NJ. She is an active member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) and the Midwest AMCP affiliate, where she has served as President.
