Sean McShea joined Ryan Labs in 1993 and subsequently rose to the position of President in 2004. Prior to taking on his current role, he spent time in asset management, research, and indexes. Sean continues to develop liability driven investment solutions for the Insurance and Pension markets utilizing Ryan Labs investment grade fixed income capabilities. He is a frequent speaker at financial seminars involving surplus optimization, asset allocation, custom indexes, performance attribution, and risk management. Mr. McShea previously served as a Management Consultant at Accenture in their financial services practice. He received his Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School with concentrations in finance and accounting in 1993. He graduated from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1987 with distinction in Industrial Engineering.
