Todor Penev is a Senior Vice President and the Commercial Analytics Practice Leader at Aon. Todor and his team develop and deliver advanced data management, modeling and analytics capabilities across Aon Health Solutions including financial and actuarial modeling, employer reporting solutions, data science and predictive models, pharmacy and network measurement and vendor evaluation solutions. Todor joined the firm in 2005 and has served as an actuarial and strategy consultant for many key employer engagements.

Todor is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He has worked in London, Singapore and Atlanta where he is currently based.
