Pat retired as a Managing Director with Willis Towers Watson in the Parsippany, NJ office at the end of 2020. She had over 40 years of experience advising clients on the design and financial management of their retirement and benefit programs. Pat consulted to clients in varied industries and was an account director for her largest accounts. Her consulting experience included retirement plan and total reward program design, communication and implementation of change, funding and accounting analysis, mergers and spin-offs, frozen plan management, plan terminations and defined contribution replacement plan designs. Pat started her career at Kwasha Lipton, and was a partner in that firm as well as at Coopers & Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers prior to joining Watson Wyatt in 2004.
She is a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, and was a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary. prior to retiring. Pat has served on the annual meeting planning committee for the CCA for over 20 years, and has served as the section head for both the pension section and cross discipline sections of this committee. She is a past President of the CCA and has chaired a variety of committees and task forces as a member of the Executive Committee. In addition, she served on the CCA’s Board of Directors for six years. Pat’s other professional volunteering included being a member of the Advisory Committee to the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries, and serving on the Society of Actuaries’ education committee to advise on the selection of study notes for the Enrollment Exam. She has been a speaker at CCA, SOA and EA meetings, and she has authored several articles on designing retirement programs to meet a company’s objectives.
