Michelle has been an actuarial consultant with Mercer for over four years and has over 12 years of experience in this field. Her experience has been focused on management of annual pension funding valuations and accounting cost and disclosures for pension and post-retirement medical valuations. Michelle has recently joined the American Academy of Actuaries' pension committee.
