Kirsten Bot is the VP of Actuarial and Financial Consulting at HUB International, where she leads the national actuarial team and drives the strategic direction for actuarial tools and resources that empower HUB teams and clients. Her team leads key initiatives such as HUB’s Benefits Cost Trends report and Network Comparison analyses, delivering insights that guide strategy and improve client outcomes. With nearly 15 years of actuarial and consulting experience spanning the consulting, carrier, health tech, and retiree medical sectors, Kirsten brings deep industry perspective and a strategic approach to problem-solving. She serves as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex large-market clients and partners closely with regional financial leaders to enhance consistency, quality, and innovation across the national practice.

Kirsten holds an MBA from Gonzaga University, where she was named MBA Student of the Year, and a BS in Actuarial Science from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (FCA), and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).

Kirsten serves on the Conference of Consulting Actuaries Healthcare Committee and actively supports the next generation of actuaries through mentorship.
