Dawn is Director, Total Rewards for T. Marzetti Company. In this role, she directs the strategic planning, design, implementation, communication and administration of the company’s compensation, benefits and stock programs. She was previously Director, Benefits for Cardinal Health, responsible for the design, implementation, communication and administration of all health and welfare, wellbeing and financial plans. Prior to Cardinal Health, Dawn held benefits manager roles with Sonoco Products Company and Sears. She also previously held various positions in Executive Compensation with Ameritech Corporation. Dawn has expertise in all aspects of Total Rewards, including 401k, profit sharing, pension, deferred compensation, executive compensation, health and welfare plans and wellness initiatives. She received her B.A., Marketing from North Central College and holds an MBA from Wake Forest University.
