Kelsey Stevens has over ten years of experience as a healthcare actuary and serves providers, health plans, and government agencies on both commercial and government programs. Kelsey’s previous experience includes development and certification of projected rates (including Medicare bids), health care reform analysis, calculation of IBNP levels, analysis of risk sharing and stop-loss arrangements, assistance with rate negotiations, and risk adjustment analysis. In addition, Kelsey leads the Value Based Care (Provider Payment Reform) Strategic Initiative Committee for the Society of Actuaries.
