Rob Kurak is a Vice President and Consulting Actuary with Segal. Rob lives in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota where he has been providing retirement consulting services to clients for over 30 years. While Rob's current emphasis is consulting to Multiemployer Pension Plans, his experience includes both single employer retirement plans as well as retiree medical plans. Rob consults to a broad range of clients on the design, financial management and administration of retirement plans. He has worked on a number of hybrid pension plans including cash balance, pension equity plans and variable annuity plans. Rob earned his BA in mathematics from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN. He is a Fellow in the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, Fellow in the Society of Actuaries, Enrolled Actuary and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
