Igor is a health actuary with experience in data science. Currently Igor is an actuarial director within Optum Advisory and Implementation in the Commercial practice where he applies actuarial and data science methodologies. Prior to that, Igor was a director of data science for national P&C carrier leading medical fraud team with the focus on medical fraud and abuse predictive modeling, organized fraud detection, medical networks development and other areas. Igor started his career with Aetna and had worked in traditional actuarial and non-traditional areas with his latest role was leading Minimum Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) actuarial.
