Julie Smith is an actuary in Milliman’s Seattle, Washington office. She joined the firm in 2009. Julie’s experience is in employee benefits, working primarily for corporate and public sector clients with defined benefit plans. She has assisted clients with many aspects of defined benefit plans including plan funding and expense valuations, nondiscrimination testing, experience studies, and actuarial audits.
