Kathie Lamb is a retired partner from Mercer where she led their Rochester office. Her former responsibilities included consulting with employers on ways to more effectively manage compensation and benefit programs domestically and internationally, and improve the alignment of human resources strategy with business goals. Prior to her these responsibilities, Ms. Lamb led Mercer’s Rochester retirement business where she consulted with clients on the funding, design and administration of their qualified and nonqualified retirement and post-retirement benefit plans. She also led one of Mercer’s US Retirement business segments (Defined Contribution Consulting) and chaired a global group that produced Mercer’s first global defined contribution plan survey.
Ms. Lamb was in the retirement business since 1974. Prior to joining Mercer in 1985, she spent five years with KPMG as a consulting actuary and six years with the Wyatt Company where she attained actuarial credentials.
She holds a BA in mathematics and psychology from Wells College.
