In my current role, I manage our Exec Comp program as well as our Severance program. As Retirement Benefits Plan Manager, I managed our pension, 401(k), and financial education program. Prior to joining Colgate, I was a retirement plan consultant for over 10 years, working within various industries including Aerospace, Cable/Media, and Law firms/Partnerships.
