Frank is a 40 year veteran of strategic sourcing and procurement services. Frank started his professional career with Westinghouse Electric Corporation at the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Since that time he has operated both Human Resources and Strategic Procurement operations with a number of companies and universities like; Mastech Systems, Limited Brands (retail operators of such brands as Victoria Secrets and Bath and Body Works, and The Limited), and the Ohio State University. Frank has Masters Degree in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University with a specialization in Information Systems. He also holds a BS degree from DeVry University in Business and an Associates of Science in Aeronautics from the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.
