Cindy S. Giambrone, PharmD has over 25 years of Managed Care Experience. Dr. Giambrone received her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of California, San Francisco where she also completed her clinical residency. She has worked in leadership positions for the University of California, Irvine Medical Center, Regional Provider Group Practices and International Medical Affairs teams in the Pharmaceutical Industry (Abbott, Novartis and Sanofi-Genzyme). She has provided presentations at US and EU Clinical Conferences in Managed Care and Multiple Sclerosis. Dr. Giambrone currently serves as Manager of Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Pharmacy Risk for the MemorialCare Medical Foundation. Her responsibilities include building and overseeing programs and processes related to managing ACO pharmacy risk and improving ACO quality metric scores (with specific emphasis on the pharmacy related metrics). This position supports organizational efforts to lower costs and improve quality metric scores for employers and healthplans.
