Prior to his current role, Richard led the successful launch of Mercer's Dynamic De-risking Solution and continues to lead the ongoing development and deployment of this solution. For most of his career, Richard was been a senior retirement benefits consultant and actuary in the US and the Europe. He has held various leadership roles with a strong focus on risk management advice, strategic consulting, and bringing innovative offerings to market.
