Sarah A. Huck is a shareholder in Reinhart's Litigation Practice and focuses her practice on financial litigation and other complex civil litigation matters. She represents actuaries and other financial professionals in malpractice claims in state and federal courts around the country. Sarah also devotes a significant amount of her practice to ERISA litigation, working on litigation matters involving plan sponsors, administrators and trustees of ERISA-covered plans. She has experience in a variety of employee benefit matters including fiduciary and benefit claims, trustee deadlocks, withdrawal liability, retiree health, top hat plans, and employer stock options.
