Milind K. Desai , MAAA, FSA, EA is a Principal and leads the retirement consulting practice of Aon Hewitt’s Boston center. He consults on the financial management, design, and administration of employer pension and postretirement welfare programs. He also has considerable experience consulting on benefits due diligence and integration in connection with corporate mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Milind has become one of Aon Hewitt’s national experts on retiree benefits strategy post-federal healthcare reform, specializing in valuation and accounting. Milind is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He earned a B.S. degree in actuarial science and finance from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He has been with Aon Hewitt since 1998.
