Ward Brigham is Vice President and Actuary for UnitedHealthcare’s Retiree Solutions. He is responsible for strategic considerations, product development, and supporting sales efforts of retiree products to employer groups. Mr. Brigham has been the lead actuary working between Retiree Solutions and the AARP-UnitedHealthcare Medicare Supplement program, which today serves over 3 million retirees. Mr. Brigham has 26 years of professional actuarial experience, specializing in health insurance and consulting. He has previously worked as a consultant for Hewitt Associates and Milliman. Ward is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
