Lloyd has almost 40 years of experience in the health insurance industry, managing the financing and administration of health and life products. His employment included 15 years in executive leadership roles at Anthem, 8 years with Ernst & Young’s health consulting practice, and 15 years with Ingenix / Optum. His experience includes financial reporting, pricing, and actuarial appraisals of HMOs, Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) plans and commercial carriers as well as capital and surplus management engagements for health entities. John is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries with a long history of volunteer work on the SOA Education and Examination committees and the Health Section Council.
