Experience and Specialization
Heather is an associate director in WTW’s Health & Benefits business. She has more than twelve years of consulting experience.
Heather has worked with both public and privately held organizations in varying industries. She helps clients address their challenges and opportunities regarding their benefit programs. She has done rotations with WTW’s expatriate COE and health analytics practice and partnered with our global team on some M&A projects. Heather leverages her previous experiences to offer her clients innovative yet practical solutions though collaborative relationships with health care providers and benefit services vendors. Heather is a member of the WTW Learning and Development Council and a people manager. Outside of work she is a board member at Adventures in Riding with Miss Julie a non-profit equine therapy barn helping those with mental health and neurodiversity needs and is a proud military wife and dog mom.
Prior to her role at WTW, Heather’s experience included health and benefits consulting and software implementation consulting.
Education and Credentials
Heather holds a B.S. degree in applied mathematics from Baylor University. She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
